Our Team

ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM

CarolynCarolyn is our Front Desk and Insurance Coordinator.  She has worked in orthodontics since 1998.  She has extensive customer service experience from her many years in retailing. Carolyn grew up in Cincinnati, and she and her husband live in Colerain Township with their Belgian Shepherd, Jake, and their three cats, Bill, Joni and Porthos.  Her son attends Xavier University.  She enjoys reading, watching TV (especially Sci-Fi) and walking her dog.

VickiVicki is our Treatment Coordinator.  She has more than 30 years experience in orthodontics and has had the opportunity to work in all areas of the office during that time.  She has been overheard saying that she was an orthodontic assistant when Dr. Martinez was in preschool! Vicki is a native Cincinnatian, and she lives in West Chester with her son, daughter and two cats, Spunky and Simba.  She loves reading, cooking (especially Italian food) and spending time with her family and                                               friends.

CLINICAL TEAM

CherieCherie has been an Orthodontic Assistant since 2000.  She is also our Lab Technician and assists at the front desk.  Cherie grew up in Cincinnati and now lives in Northern Kentucky with her cat, Pooka, and her boxer, Maverick. In her spare time, Cherie enjoys photography, shopping and taking Maverick to the dog park.



MicheleMichele has been an Orthodontic Assistant since 2001, when she completed the dental assisting program at the Institute of Medical and Dental Technology. She and her daughter live in Colerain Township, near the area where she grew up. Michele is very athletic and enjoys softball, volleyball and soccer when she is not playing with her daughter or spending time with her sisters.


SarahSarah has been an Orthodontic Assistant since 2000, after she graduated from the University of Cincinnati.  She grew up in the Colerain Township area, where she now lives with her husband, son and two dogs, Snoopy and Zoey.  Sarah is also a roller skating instructor, and she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
