2007 is shaping up to be a time of major upgrades for our office! We have been working hard to upgrade every aspect of our office to provide a state-of-art facility.
Step 1: Beginning in November 2006, we began a major renovation to our facility. The renovation to our front desk and reception area was largely completed in January 2007…although some small details remain. The remodel to our clinical area will be complete by June 2007. Our remodel to the clinical area will not be just cosmetic changes, Dr. Martinez has purchased new dental equipment in order to provide the best and most technologically advanced orthodontic care in the most comfortable setting possible.

Step 2: Also beginning in 2006 and completed in 2007 has been a major upgrade to our computer system. Our switch to a paperless office will have several major benefits for us. Most significant for our patients will be an ability to access their financial and appointment information using the Internet. This new system also allows us to accept assignment of insurance benefits so we can process your insurance information with a minimum amount of effort on your part. Finally, our digital records will allow us to better communicate with your family dentist and other dental specialists to provide better coordination of care for our patients.

Step 3: Also new in 2007 is this website! We hope this website provides valuable information for patients in all stages of treatment. For our prospective patients, we hope this site helps you to get to know us better and helps you to understand your orthodontic possibilities. For our new and current patients, we have tried to provide multiple pages to show you how to adjust and take care of your new braces. We also have a section on how to handle common problems you may have during your treatment. Finally, this website is linked to our office computer system so our patients can access their own personal appointment and financial information. Appointment changes and information requests will be possible through e-mail communication for your convenience. Of course you can always call us to speak to a live person. We are not going to switch to one of those annoying phone tree telephone systems!!!
